My cheat this week was eating onion rings. Good, but too much batter, was my immediate thought. I ate maybe 5 of them across two meals. Eh! I can think of a better cheat than that! Verdict: Not worth it. I'm down only a tiny bit this week. Guess that's how it rolls sometimes. Glad I got my vitamin and iron intake under control. Much more energy and the lightheadedness has left the building. :)
89.3 kg Lost so far: 20.1 kg.    Still to go: 23.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thats cool, I also do a cheat day after 6 days of controlled eating as well. Every little bit counts, so pat yourself on the back for a job well done! My cheat yesterday was 3 slices of steak and cheese pizza, half a calzone and Chocolate ice cream with Strawberry preserves and whipped cream. Thats all I ate all day while working outside the house fall cleaning, trimming and pruning.
