aggie95's Journal, 25 Sep 15

Well, I guess my choices of the week have added up and added a pound to me! Must try harder.

Working out at work is not enough it seems. I was getting more activity too at helping out at my parents and the farm but that is no longer a regular thing. My dad plans to sell his 3 cows and close up the barn for the winter. So, I guess I will have to find something to do to fill that gap until me and my DH find a property that is suitable for a small farm one day.

I've taken a step towards more activity and that's signing up for a 10 k race that will take place the 1st week of April. Hopefully that will help for the winter months to keep my weight in check and perhaps drop the 10 lbs???

Anyway, have a good weekend buddies!

Having that 10K in the future will give you a goal to work toward which will help keep you motivated. Good luck!!

I like how you saw the need for more activity and you made a plan to do it. Good luck with your training.

When I was running on a regular basis I kept below my goal weight. That might happen to you too.
