Well you eat off plan for 2 days and no exercise and there you have it. I kind of figured that would happen but had this sliver of hope that it wouldn't. Oh well, Today is one more day of no exercise, but I will be back on track for eating. I know I can do it and sometimes that is just how life works. As Pete the Cat (a favorite in my classroom) says: "It's all good".
