Well you eat off plan for 2 days and no exercise and there you have it. I kind of figured that would happen but had this sliver of hope that it wouldn't. Oh well, Today is one more day of no exercise, but I will be back on track for eating. I know I can do it and sometimes that is just how life works. As Pete the Cat (a favorite in my classroom) says: "It's all good".
77.7 kg Lost so far: 21.6 kg.    Still to go: 0.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks for sharing...We have ALL been there (some, including me, are STILL there)...Figure my off-track or off-plan eating will show up on the scale ...but "having a sliver of hope it wouldn't") ...Thanks for your honesty and your authententic approach to life...It blesses ALL of us!!!!!!!!
