Long plateau since last pound dropped but steady fat loss seen both visually and by clothes fit. Upper body muscle maintained and more defined, lower body muscle added mass and definition. Happy so far with slow and steady fat loss after initial sharp weight loss. Looking forward to ski season!!!

Also, I've been using the 30-20-10 High Intensity Interval Traing on the elliptical instead of my usual 1 minute hard - 2 minute recovery program...seems to be raising the speed and strength plateau quicker - both max wattage and sustainable wattage increasing nicely. Prone resting heart rate still at 45 to 47 beats per minute, sitting RHR @ +/- 55 bpm.
103.4 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
