Have about 3 weeks before family trip - need to get organized! Starting today - they say it takes 21 days to form a habit - starting TODAY!!!
Day 1 - goals
work done - exercise/running - cleaning - reading/knitting (translated as ME time!!)


P.S. So far so good - I did all my paperwork, went for a run and cleaned the downstairs. Finished the book I was on and have time to make my 5 pm appt - have talked to 1 of 3 kids about 21 day plan and she is in - will be hard as all 3 kids are hormonal teenagers....
Day 1 so far is a success!!

P.P.S. End of day - 9:30 and I am getting in bed (yay!) We had a really nice dinner with me and the kids - I had a glass of red wine to treat myself and didn't have anything after dinner - stayed in points and calories - yay!!
67.1 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
