Well, at least I lost that extra pound. Starting my training over again for a 5k I got signed up for by a friend of mine. I don't know if I will run it or walk it. I know I can walk a 5k fairly easily already. So the real challenge is to stick to the training and run it. It looks like I just answered my own question. I hope all of you are doing well this week.
134.7 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 53.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Download the C25K app and do the training. I use Zenlab fitness and loving it. Finished 5K,now working on 10K.
