Steady weight this week. I say I followed my diet poorly because I easily could have made some better choices (ice cream a few times this week, beer and wine more than I should). So I indulged myself a little more than I should and I want to get back on the right track.
In my defense I must admit that return to work week is a period of weakness for me. I was very happy on vacation and now, back at work, I'm a little less happy, so I eat stuff that make me happy. Not a good habit I know.
I'll get back on track next week!
