I feel lighter than the weight loss indicates...I like this feeling though and am not too hung up about the numbers - still very encouraging - don't feel very deprived or as if I'm on a diet (yet).
105.2 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
