Went to doctor yesterday. B/P extremely high. Need to scare myself into healthy like right away. Going walking and/or swimming tonight after work.
106.1 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 51.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
