Well, I am hoping this is the last weigh in that I go up. I am really only 5 pounds from my goal weight and have been there before I just need to get some emotions under control.
I am my Mom's date tonight at her 50th high school reunion. This should make for an interesting evening. Happy 4th!!
77.3 kg Lost so far: 22.0 kg.    Still to go: 0.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
