I started back to working out last week and now this week, I've been sore and starving. I ate a ton yesterday because I felt like my body needed it. I weighed 174.4 yesterday. I'm not too worried about my weight right now though. With continued workouts things should level out in the next few weeks.
79.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 2.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
