Was totally starving yesterday so I added a bunch more cheese and meat that I picked up from Costco still need to log it. I read a blog that said don’t worry about counting calories. Just keep your carbs low. But eat so you’re full so we’ll see how that works plus I’ve been walking which is good.
74.6 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

calories are what matters. what you get the calories from is your preference, but just keeping your carbs low while your calories are at or above what you burn for the day won't get you the results your after. good luck with your weight loss but I would be Start looking for a new blog to follow 😀
