Had a GREAT Father's Day! My Girls grilled cheese burgers and Chix strips, and then made me very low carb Butterscotch Pudding, my favorite. Got some wonderful cards and a cool hat. Love my kids! Then to top it all off I did my weigh-in this morning and found I am still losing. My God is so Good!!!
123.5 kg Lost so far: 9.4 kg.    Still to go: 37.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
