Went to the doctor...my lid labs were awesome!! Loving the LCHF way of eating....now to lose weight lol
I think I need to increase my water and green leafy veggies and stay away from nuts. Im refocusing....in two months had total loss of 5 pounds...tooooo slow.
110.2 kg Lost so far: 28.6 kg.    Still to go: 24.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Gaining 0.3 kg a Week

I have the same problem. great labs - bad weigh ins! As a good friend once told me "Keep your chins up".

Hang with it - drink water, and look at the total carbs you eat - also they say if your protein is too high ot will store as fat in the end. Try not to do more than 10% carbs and 25% protein along with the high fat!
