Regretfully I did not do well with my carbs on Tuesday =( I got the worst craving for a double cheeseburger and large fries after a trying DR. appointment. by the time I want to bed I had over tripled my normal carb intake. LOL
98.0 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 18.6 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
