Reached an all time low this morning. Thanks to all of my supporters who have kept pushing me even through the plateau. I did change up my diet a bit. Reduced the caloric intake and avoided dairy. Happy :):)
72.1 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
