Obviously with my weigh in today not hard to tell I fell off the wagon! Funny thing about life no matter what it never fails to kick you in the ass and give you a wake up call. Let's just say I have had a pretty rough couple of years and I let things get out of hand with my health and Diabetes and I have to prove to myself my weight and Diabetes are not bigger than me. I know one day it may take my life but I intend to get a few more healthy fun years out of what's left of me!
