GGGGGOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAALLLLLLLLLLL!!!!!! And I still have one more week before I go on Vacation, so I will be under my 99lb goal, by Friday.

I weighed early because I had an appointment with my Doc. I went into weigh and I did a happy dance.

135.6 kg Lost so far: 5.9 kg. Still to go: 54.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 1.6 kg a Week
