I'm doing it. Started back at the gym. My goal is to go 5 days a week and do HIIT on the elliptical to strengthen my heart. maybe swim 3 days a week. I started my lower body workout, and dang, . I'm weak. oh well. It's time to pump it strong 💪 I'm not willing to string this out any longer. I'm in the home stretch and want to lose the last 10 in the next month or 2 max. let's go!
58.0 kg Lost so far: 46.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Hey, 🤗 I think you're doing awesome you got into the gym that's the first step right. You got back up on the horse you'll get back used to the stride in no time I'm sure. I'm proud of you. I'm sure you'll get your strength and stamina back up to Norm in no time! 😀
