hopping on the scales this morning it showed I had lost 1.5kg. Now although I would love to believe I have lost that amount of weight in only 3 days I do not believe it.
So I am recording my weight loss today as .5 kg.
Next time I hop on the scales if it still shows that weight loss then I shall record it correctly.
73 kg Lost so far: 17 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
