Switching to really low carb I have found it hard to eat my proper number of calories. I even invented a (terrible) dessert of Greek Yogurt and protein powder last night to get me close to my 1200 calories. Crazy! Anyway - onwards and downwards!

Don't be knocking my Greek yogurt, Adam, thats just about the ONLY dessert I got left...LOL...but to be honest, never tried it with protein powder....LOL...NICE DROP Buddy, ...YOu are "bringing it!!!"

Oh i LOVE Greek yogurt! It was pretty terrible with the chocolate and peanut butter protein powder however. I was thinking that a fruity flavored protein powder might actually be ok. Will have yo pick some up and try it.

I love Dannon Toasted Coconut (80 cals, 12 grams protein) and Strawberry Cheesecake...but doubt either of those "go" with choco & PB portein powder...LOL...
Hope your Boise Day is PERFECT in every way...got a perfect one here...high 75 with gentle breeze and clear blue skies...:)

Yeah, not a big fan of flavored yogurts which is probably why my "dessert" tasted so bad to me! Boise is gonna be hot for the next few days - 94 or so forecast. Record setting temps... has been beautiful though.
