I’ve been craving meat for a few days. Google says I maybe low in iron. I’ve only been doing egg whites for protein so maybe today I’ll have meat or something really unhealthy but high in iron like liverwurst.
66.4 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 2.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I already had my yearly in Ian. It was fine but I wasn’t restricting myself as much as I am now food wise.

@misty I don’t like liver that way. Liverwurst is the only way I can eat it. No matter I broke down and had half a burger with a fried egg on it.
