home in Los Angeles after 4 days in Pennsylvania visiting my kids. I ate very poorly while there. I'm entertaining 2 theories about linking my earng to how I feel, 1) maybe I'm gluten intolerant and eating more bread is what makes my digestive system blow up. 2) I just feel like hell when I eat too much. I'll try to test both independently.

Or maybe you’re no longer accustomed to eating crap like we sometimes do on vacation? I eat a mix, but I really can’t do junk food as a way of life any more. It’s not virtue signaling, my body literally rejects it.

I have a gluten intolerance and whenever I accidentally eat it I'm bloated and sick for a few days after. I've been trying to eat gluten free and more whole foods too

I am gluten intolerant. It does make a huge difference.

Honestly, my gut gets upset/thrown off for a few days if I eat till I'm full, even if all the foods I eat are "safe" for me. Not sure why this is.

Listened to a presentation a while back explaining that grains are genetically modified to repel pests by having the grain attack their digestive system. Well you know who eats the grain. A link between GMO and all the digestive tract problems today? Who knows. Don't think you can get anything not modified, but you can be careful. Just an FYI

I am in 2nd category. I stay mostly gluten free, not because I have issues, but because it's not in my WOE. When we go on vacation I am usually a bit more lax and find I have gut issues because I don't eat like that anymore. Best of luck figuring out which pertains to you🩷

We all react differently to various foods. My diet is CICO, but I eat mostly fresh, unprocessed foods and have no problems. When I go off plan & eat rich or greasy foods, my gut lets me know it isn't pleased.
