Hope this one-pound loss is a trend. Setting my mind to getting this done, I signed up for a 60-day weightlifting challenge (daily workout) that starts next week. This week is for planning food.
74.2 kg Lost so far: 8.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
