aBitFat's Journal, 20 Feb 24

Hello all! Working with a very simple system most of the time (No S : No second, no snacks, no sweets, on no S days...) seems to be working pretty well. As I'm working out quite a bit (jogging about 6 days out of 7), intermittent fasting isn't sustainable, I get way too hungry, and I overeat when allowed to.

So basically, No S is an idea that was thrown around by a guy called Reinhart Engel a couple years ago, and has been making it's way in my head for a while. If you'd like to know more, check out https://everydaysystems.com/. He's had ideas for a few things and it's pretty cool all in all.

I'm also keeping "somewhat" of a journal here, but it's more for the weight in tracking than the food journaling.

Have a great day,

no S sounds like something I might try to incorporate into my plan too, I totally get how intermittent fasting can be unsustainable, personally when I go too long in-between meals I get light headed, so trying to stick to small portions but more often instead of having 3 large meals a day
