Seems like this diet is working. Diet is diabetic diet. Whole grains, fats, vegetables, protein. Sure is just one day but down 3 lbs in 1 day is a lot. I can also make this work. Nothing is cut out. My stomach was happy too. My stomach likes broccoli! That is for sure. Anyways I have the first meeting scheduled for Friday with the group but again today will eat within the guidelines they offer for diabetics. I do not have diabetes but I have many symptoms. My doctor doesn’t seemed concerned either but she dropped the ball. This program I joined will do all the blood work.
78.4 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
