I think there are multiple factors working here. More exercise, fewer calories, and I have been getting deep sleep with the help of cough medicine that completely knocks me out. The pain killers for my back also help so I think a lot of these recent losses are inflammation reduction and water loss.
73.8 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
