Went for my longest run yesterday yet - an hour and 15 minutes - used the watch hubby sent me and it said 6.5 miles. Yea! Kids have midterms today so older two come home at mid-day. Hoping to go to spinning class with sil today.
66.0 kg Lost so far: 8.5 kg.    Still to go: 2.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
