Not much in the way of exercise, what with the tax office hours and the torrential downpour that lasted so many days that I began work on an ark. But I stuck with OMAD this week.
105.9 kg Lost so far: 43.8 kg.    Still to go: 19.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
