mneh...up a pound - down a pound...
guess I'm not gonna get my weight down by any drastic measures
until the doc and I can get my water retention under control.
Until then, I continue to burn almost twice as many calories as I consume.
Heart disease plays a big factor into all of this to now. *sad sigh*
Getting old in a beat-up body really sux big time!!

Word to you younger go-getters out there...
SLOW DOWN!!
The risk to your body and health is NOT worth it!!
Yes, you can live for today, but live for your older self too.
You wanna be able to enjoy retirement, when you get there!

On the bright side, and I do mean bright, I've finished
getting all of the nicotine staining off of the living room walls!
It looks fantastic!
I'm trying to figure out a new layout for my furniture and plants
but
with 3 doorways and a massive archway...I'm stumped.

oh well...the cleaning schedule moves onward and upward -
- the dining room is next on the adgenda!
