SUPER BUSY!!!... but Im so sorry Ive not been around:(
Good morning everyone and I do apologize for not responding sooner to the PMs I had received from the past week...
I haven't been on site for over a week I am aware this isn't a smart way to follow my plan or to stay on track with my intake.. my journaling.. etc. because this could become a result in going the opposite way of my plan... like how it did during the holidays.
I have been super busy with my daughters upcoming graduation...planning our vacation right after that... her graduation party and then we are also going away in June for a special mommy... daughter..,. vacation...its so crazy lately with cleaning the house from top to bottom...doing yard work ... last week we got our pool up...etc.
I have truly enjoyed it all and Im proud of all my accomplishments with all this preparing for it but I still need to focus on myself and to try to record intakes etc. for my own personal good:)
I do want to give a huge shout out to all my buddies... I hope you are all doing well on your journey and also to my dear friend veggie I hope you have a wonderful trip sweetie.
May you all have a great and blessed week and as soon as I get on top of all this I hope to return daily and be more supportive as a group member and a friend.
