WTF!! How am I up 2 pounds?? I have consumed 13152 Cals in food but I burned 28770 Cals in exercise?? B.T.W. those #'s are the Monthly Summary - NOT daily LoL
I'm ok...I'm alright...I got this...they say muscle weighs more than fat and the way my muscles are feeling - I know they're being used and abused!! LoL and all the things that I have accomplished this week alone give me a sense of pride and satisfaction. All to often in life, we never praise ourselves for our accomplishments, not that we're egotistical or seek validation, we're just not that caught up in ourselves. but...maybe we should be!! No one is telling me how clean my office window is looking but I sit in front of it for hours on end every day and today...I gave a little bum wiggle in my chair when I sat down and seen all the nicotine stains gone! oooh, does a bum wiggle count as exercise?? shit...that reminds me...the curtains are still in the wash machine....gotta go!
