Slowly adjusting to West-Coast time zone, harder to switch internal clock 12 hours travelling from east to West. Finally slept 8 hours, starting to feel ‘normal’. Appetite still suppressed therefore the weight loss looks good. We’ll see if I can stay on track. Lots of plans for 2024, diet, exercise, finance and relationships. Starting FS Accountability tomorrow after several months away. It helps to have all the support, tips, recipes from all of you on this journey along with me.
Wishing everyone success in ALL our goals this year.
