Keto and hiking/walking are starting to have a better effect. Now that I have been getting out more for the exercise. I felt like I know that was a major factor in my plateau.
116.3 kg Lost so far: 35.7 kg.    Still to go: 25.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.0 kg a Week
