Today I start Christmas baking. This will be a challenge not to Binge on all the goodness. But, I think I have the will power this year. I'm so focused on losing weight this time. And I will let myself have 2 Cookies a day, if I feel like having them. There will be no pouting and crying, only forgiveness of myself if I eat too much. I want to enjoy my Christmas.
72.5 kg Lost so far: 9.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I feel the same about all those delicious Starbucks drinks that are marketed so well and taste so good after trolling the mall for hours Christmas shopping. I don’t trust myself enough yet to bake or even touch a sweet bit I am hoping next Xmas I am in a much better place. Good job on the self-co Passion and planning to eat within a specific range.

Every Christmas it's always the same. I over indulge in all the yummy food. And then I hate myself and give up on my diet. Not this year. I'm in a much better place. I've been listening and learning from what my body tells me. Forgiveness is a huge part of it. If you go have that 150 calorie Starbucks coffee, enjoy and just have a little less calories on the next meal.
