2.2lb loss in five days! Woohoo!
Felt like a mostly good week along the way, minor setbacks, but seems to have turned out well!
Hopefully not a scale issue...

Yep, I know what you mean! Sometimes, we just get lucky though! Little gross to think about, but it seems like this was one of those weeks that I lost enough fat that I could notice my belly being flatter... Then mid-week has a power dump..... Lost a bunch at the scale... Thinking, maybe our intestines straighten out as we loose weight, and can eject even more waste than usual, which we see as a loss at the scale.... Who knows... Could also be just coincidence...
