back on track still after a again from doing everything wrong...from eating too late at night to stuffing myself when I did because I went to long TO eat, then not getting ANY activity except sleep and go back to my cube the next day....
104.7 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 2.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.3 kg a Week
