had some pizza and fries for lunch and a candy bar for dinner - i love wednesdays! that is the day i eat whatever i want - then get right back on track... i went to cardio and yoga though - so that helps!
67.4 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
