only lost 1.4 lbs this week on WW - was hoping for 2. I am surprised with all the exercise that thats it... i hope next week is better!

That is an amazing loss, you should be so proud of yourself!! =) The most common misconception when you're trying to lose weight is... the more you work out and the less you eat will equal big losses on the scale. Be careful to eat enough to fuel your body with all the working out you're doing. It will work for a little while but then you'll find yourself at a stand still. Not trying to tell you what to do, just encouraging you that you're loss is awesome and you want to be able to eat as much as possible and still lose weight. I love to workout but I have to remind myself that I need to be doing an amount that I can keep doing. Keep up the great work!! =)

Thanks for the encouragement, Sheila!!! I had a weigh in and thought I might try to meet that 2 lb goal, but not eating all my points is not the way to go, I agree! Wednesdays, I allow myself to splurge a bit... but i still lost - probably due to the cardio and yoga last night!
