Happy 😃 😃 brrrr Tuesday…

22 with wind chill of 14…..shorts I wear inside and on days it hits 60for soaking up rays….come off today..sweats it is….couple of women tease me when I have long sweats on…it’s like omg….he’s got long pants on….lol…

16301 in steps yesterday…7.68 in miles…had 5.75 miles before 11am….getting into a routine…knocking out the most of it before lunch..when energy level is the highest…

Todays plan..knock out 4-5…and be happy…lol do upper body…

Weight is creeping up..but body fat is decreasing…a win…

Listening to dr Sinclair this morning…finished ☕️ #1…getting ready to start the endorphins rush….get these legs moving…
