Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday…

Another hard frost this morning….proof winter is geeing closer…

Another day…another workout 🏋️‍♀️ of some kind…along with walks…

Debating on returning to a fast…I’m over eating 3 meals…day in..day out…just no longer in my belief system as to what I really need in life..at one time I thought that was the way it was..like so many things that have changed over the years…learning that what I was taught in early years….a lot of it was toxic to my body…and my mind…

Positive energy to everyone….

have a great day I too have been eating more than I was I started 1700cal and ranging 2,000 since Oct while I still lost about 3lb in Oct and so far almost 3lb for Nov I too will be going back to fasting at least 14hrs a day and would like to eventually fast longer.

Ty…fasting is natural….and works well for some…for me it works..if my mind is focused..
