Yesterday I ran 10K on the treadmill - took me 70 minutes - did 1/4 mile walking fast then ran 3/4 mile and alternated till the last 1/2 mile and then I sprinted - Didn't feel too bad but today I feel wiped out! Supposed to go to spinning class at noon and my sister wants me to run a 5K with her this Saturday - the one we signed up for initially is in Orlando next weekend.
Got all my reports done yesterday - keeping up with my challenges - hubby is now in "Ring of Fire" in South Pacific and sent me pictures of live volcanos erupting - how wild is that?!
67.1 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
