Woot! Hoping to resume longer fasts after Thanksgiving. I might start back with "golden 42s," Fung's new favorite.

I was thinking of a change up too, been doing this 3 days a week for a while now, switched the days, now I may do two in a row, break fast for a day, then do another 24 hours, just to keep from falling into a rut.
