I'm pleased that even with the driving and limited water it went down. Today will be back to a normal schedule and if it doesn't rain later, I'll get out for a walk. Clocked my normal short neighborhood walk and it's
.49 miles so will try that at least a couple times but hoping for a bit of a long walk somewhere interesting. Might get down to check out the Lake Lotus Park and walk there during lunch.

I also need to go grocery shopping today to keep myself on task food-wise. I'm not out of most of my supplies but I'm getting close. If I don't have it available, I end up eating bad stuff so setting myself up for success, like I tell my kids :)
