Well my weight went back up but I am pretty sure it is due to eating out and not getting enough rest. I went to bed earlier last night but still after 10. Looking forward to sleeping in Saturday morning. I'm not upset about eating out. I hadn't seen my Aunts and Uncle for a while and I only ate half at the restaurant and ate the other half last night. Some weeks are just like that.
76.2 kg Lost so far: 23.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
