Hard frost….24… this morning…windows closed…lol….but as I sit sippin ☕️….I think room is 50….as long as body is warm…I don’t like a hot room…

Cna came in for wellness check…she thought it was cold outside..a shock to the body…when your not ready for winter…I’ve started wearing compressed long John shirt…every since it turned off colder…ordered several in a pack from Amazon…so nice…lol…

Well…todays ride day in zwift…kinda looking forward to it..cardio today…
