Thanks, but actually it’s just getting back to where I was before the weekend, in which many choices were made that are definitely not fitness goal supporting. 🍻🍕🧁 Time to double down and reel these weekends back in. The last few have been far too loose. I need to tighten them back up. The holiday season is coming, and I don’t want to be heading into itwith bad habits already in place. I know there is going to be a lot of opportunities for over-indulgence from now until the end of the year. And I don’t want to undo a years worth of discipline in the last two months (which I have certainly done in the past, earlier in in my journey) On the plus side, at least I’m more self aware when things are starting to get a little too loose these days! 😎
