Happy 😃 happy 😃 Tuesday…..

Sippi ☕️…cup #2…. O yeah….windows open…52 outside…alittle cool…but …feels great…

Today is zwift day and ride on trainer….trying to get with a different route for me…give upper body time to recover from yesterday’s workout…let them muscles recover….

Sky is still dark..in places…sun coming up on east…just enjoying my early morning quiet time….my morning podcast time….learning as always…

Well….coffee is gone….almost breakfast time….refeed and start this morning out right….
