not bad. did a 24 hr trip to Chicago that segued into 12 hr non stop day at work without as much as a 5 min break. the stress level at my job had been rising incrementally for years, but we crossed a new horizon in the last few months and it feels soul crushing. the result feels like I'm slowly fading into less of a person. so, 0.2 pound increase, not bad.
63.8 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 0.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I can relate to that feeling. I felt as if my body was getting close to failure, although I had no specific medical issues. That's where I was when I chose to retire early. My health and fitness improved dramatically in the years after retiring.

Oh no! I hate to hear this about your job!! I can relate as I was a critical care nurse and sometimes my job ate my life. My hubby called my work once and asked if I was dead as my son and he had not seen me in days. I had little time to eat, sleep, even use the restroom. It was out of control.
