Happy 😃 happy 😃 Saturday..

Did a different workout yesterday on stairs…used both feet going up and down…today…knees are puffy…guess they didn’t like the workout…plus the 4 miles…all before 11am…

Rained from 2-7…and maybe later..pavement was wet at 530am…and it’s cooler this morning…50… feels like 47… high today 68…cooler day…month is half over…

Plan today…take tramadol like usual…and walk and workout.ole it’s another day…might be lesser workout..but still a workout….keep limbered up…

Have a fantastic positive day…
